We understand that the resting place of the late Fr Martin Connolly is in Liverpool (4th July 1965).
This photo was taken when the parishioners of St Theresa Tambunan put up a memorial of the late Rev Fr Martin Connolly in 1965. It is still here in Tambunan, Sabah, Malaysia and well taken care of by the parishioners.Fr Martin Connolly arrived in Tambunan in 1927 to assist Fr John Quinn (1925) to start up a mission school and Catholic Church in Tambunan.
